Energy Yoga: A mind-body practice that combines the ancient wisdom of Qi energy (means “life force”) with modern techniques to maximize the brain’s functions. Each class includes stretching, core strengthening, breathing exercises, energy awareness training, meditation and relaxation. All the postures can be modified according to students’ levels, so all are welcome.
Some benefits of the class include stress relief, weight management, increased flexibility, better balance, improved immunity and peace of mind.
